How we use information

We use your information to provide the service — including AI-powered background removal, product classification, virtual try-on, lifestyle scene generation, and video storyboarding — process payments through Polar, improve product quality, and communicate about your account.

AI processing

Uploaded product images are processed by automated systems and third-party AI providers to deliver pipeline outputs. We do not use your product images to train public models. Processing results are stored in secure object storage and delivered via presigned URLs.

Data storage

Assets and application data are stored using secure cloud infrastructure. We retain data only as long as needed to provide the service or comply with legal obligations.

Third-party services

We use trusted providers for authentication, payments (including Polar), email delivery, cloud storage, and AI generation APIs. These providers process data according to their own privacy policies.
