Service description

Moviqen provides AI-assisted product imagery workflows, including asset upload, background removal, product classification, virtual try-on, lifestyle scene generation, animation, review gates, and export features.

Accounts

You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for activity under your account. You must provide accurate registration information and verify your email address.

Acceptable use

You may not use the service for unlawful content, infringement of third-party rights, or attempts to disrupt platform security. Uploads that fail content safety or quality checks may be rejected. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

Credits and billing

Paid features are billed through Polar, our payment processor. Monthly subscription plans grant credits each billing period. Each pipeline stage consumes credits; cost estimates are shown before launch. Introductory pricing applies to the first billing cycle only — renewals bill at the standard rate shown on each plan. Credit balances, subscriptions, and refunds are governed by the plan terms shown in the application at the time of purchase.

Intellectual property

You retain ownership of assets you upload. You grant us a limited license to process those assets solely to provide the service. Moviqen software, branding, and platform content remain our property.

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of uninterrupted availability or fitness for a particular purpose, to the extent permitted by law. AI-generated outputs may require human review before publication.
